If you wish to return an item please contact us via email@example.com and we will guide you and provide you with a returns address and a returns form. You will need to fill out a returns form so that we are provided with the necessary information to process the return.
Items must be returned, in the original packaging and conditions, unworn and undamaged. You can return or exchange items up to 14 days after delivery. Exchanges and store credit are available up to 30 days after delivery.
Earrings cannot be returned due for hygiene reasons unless deemed to be faulty. If you have received a faulty item, please provide us with your order number, the name of the item that is damaged, photographic evidence and details of the fault.
We do not accept returns on sale items.
Unfortunately at this time we are unable to provide refunds for shipping. If you wish to return an item, you would be responsible for paying the shipping fee, returning the item and ensuring it’s arrival. We will not take responsibility if any item has not been received, so please consider using a trackable delivery service to ensure the arrival of your order.
If an item does not reach us in its original condition or if an item isn’t shipped within 30 days after the delivery we will not process returns. We reserve the right to return the item back to you in the same condition that we received it if it does not comply with our terms of return.
We’ll only issue the refund, store credit or exchange once we have received the returned item.
