International orders are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail services. We have no control over how long the custom clearance can take so please allow extra time for your items to be delivered. Once your order is out of the UK it will be passed to your local postal service. Please track your parcel with your local postal service using your tracking number. If your order hasn't arrived and it has been over 8 weeks, it will save you time contact your local postal service directly first.

TAX AND DUTY CHARGES
Orders placed outside of the UK may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country. These charges are payable by the customer and we can not be held responsible for any of these charges. Please check your country's tax specifications before placing your order.
*Severe delays have been noted in Italy. If you are ordering to Italy, your parcel should arrive within 2 weeks, however, we are unable to predict delays through customs and cannot guarantee timely delivery, therefore please allow an extra 12-16 weeks for delivery. Unfortunately we are not able to refund orders that are delayed in transit.
